Job Description (JD)

The Sales Coordinator supports the medical sales team by coordinating sales activities, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between sales representatives, medical staff, distributors, and internal departments. The role helps improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction in the medical sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily sales activities for medical products and services
  • Prepare and process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and contracts
  • Maintain accurate records of customers, sales data, and inventory
  • Support medical sales team  with scheduling, reports, and follow-ups
  • Track product availability and coordinate with logistics/warehouse teams
  • Assist in organizing medical conferences, product launches, and promotions
  • Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries
  • Ensure compliance with medical industry regulations and company policies
Requirements / Qualifications

Education
  • Any degrees, most prefer
  • B .Sc Maths
Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industries
  • Freshers with relevant education,  Willing Any Graduated

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage
  • Basic understanding of medical products and healthcare systems
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Team-oriented with a proactive attitude

Other Requirements
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • Professional and ethical approach to healthcare sales
  • Willingness to support field sales teams when required
