The Sales Supervisor
Imaging Equipment will be responsible for supervising the sales team and
driving sales of X-Ray, Ultrasound (USG), Computed Radiography (CR), Digital
Radiography (DR), and C-Arm systems. The role includes achieving sales targets,
managing key accounts, developing new business in hospitals and diagnostic
centers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Growth
·
Drive sales of X-Ray, USG, CR, DR, and C-Arm
systems
·
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales
targets
·
Identify new business opportunities in
hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and clinics
·
Conduct product presentations, demos, and
technical discussions with doctors and biomedical teams
·
Support pricing, negotiations, and deal closures
Team Supervision
·
Supervise and guide sales executives and channel
partners
·
Assign territories and monitor daily sales
activities
·
Train team members on product knowledge and
sales strategies
·
Review performance and provide coaching to
improve results
Customer & Channel Management
·
Build strong relationships with hospital
management, radiologists, surgeons, and purchase teams
·
Manage key accounts and long-term customers
·
Coordinate with distributors and dealers to
maximize coverage
·
Ensure timely follow-ups and customer
satisfaction
Tender & Documentation
·
Handle government and private hospital tenders
·
Prepare technical and commercial documentation
with support teams
·
Coordinate with service and applications teams
for installations and demos
Market Intelligence & Reporting
·
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and
market trends
·
Submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and
pipeline updates
·
Provide market feedback to Sales Manager
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Education
·
Any Graduated , Most Prefer of Bachelors degree
in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Business, or Marketing
·
Diploma in Sales & Marketing is an added
advantage
Experience
·
3 to 5 years of experience in medical imaging
equipment sales expertly or
·
3 to 5 years of
experience in a supervisory or
team -lead role preferred.
·
The Product will be X-Ray, USG, CR, DR, and C-Arm products.
·
Familiarity with hospital workflows and
installation requirements
