We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Home-Based Salesperson to promote and sell our products/services remotely. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, closing sales, and maintaining customer relationships through phone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

·         Identify and generate new sales leads remotely

·         Contact potential customers via phone, email, or social media

·         Present and explain products/services clearly to customers

·         Follow up with leads and existing customers regularly

·         Close sales and achieve monthly/weekly sales targets

·         Maintain accurate customer and sales records

·         Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues

·         Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and updates

Job Requirements / Qualifications

·         Any  Graduate (depending on role level) , Most Prefer Medical Related Background

·         Previous experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is an advantage

·         Basic computer knowledge (email, MS Word/Excel, CRM tools is a plus)

Job Description (JD)

The Sales Executive – OT & ICU Products is responsible for promoting, selling, and supporting medical devices and consumables used in Operation Theatres and Intensive Care Units. The role involves building strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, surgeons, anesthetists, and procurement teams to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Promote and sell OT & ICU products such as:

·         ICU equipment (ventilators, monitors, infusion pumps, syringe pumps)

·         OT consumables and devices

·         Anesthesia, critical care, and surgical products

·         Visit hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics regularly within the assigned territory

·         Build and maintain relationships with:

·         Surgeons

·         Anesthetists

·         Intensivists

·         Purchase & biomedical departments

·         Conduct product demonstrations and support trials in OT and ICU

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

·         Identify new business opportunities and key accounts

·         Participate in tenders, negotiations, and price discussions

·         Provide after-sales coordination and ensure customer satisfaction

·         Collect market intelligence, competitor information, and customer feedback

·         Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and forecasts

Candidate Requirements / Qualifications

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in:

·         B.N.Sc

·         Pharmacy (B.Pharm / D.Pharm)

·         Biomedical Engineering

·         Life Sciences

·         Business/Marketing (with medical sales experience)

Experience:

·         1–2 years of experience in medical device or pharmaceutical sales

·         Experience in OT, ICU, critical care, anesthesia, or surgical products is highly preferred or

·         Freshers with strong interest and relevant training may be considered .

Skills & Competencies:

·         Good knowledge of OT & ICU environments and workflows

·         Strong communication and interpersonal skills

·         Ability to explain technical medical products clearly

The Sales Supervisor  Imaging Equipment will be responsible for supervising the sales team and driving sales of X-Ray, Ultrasound (USG), Computed Radiography (CR), Digital Radiography (DR), and C-Arm systems. The role includes achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, developing new business in hospitals and diagnostic centers, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Growth

·         Drive sales of X-Ray, USG, CR, DR, and C-Arm systems

·         Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

·         Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and clinics

·         Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with doctors and biomedical teams

·         Support pricing, negotiations, and deal closures

Team Supervision

·         Supervise and guide sales executives and channel partners

·         Assign territories and monitor daily sales activities

Experience

·         3 to 5 years of experience in medical imaging equipment sales expertly or

·         3 to 5 years of  experience  in a supervisory or team -lead role preferred.

·         The Product will be  X-Ray, USG, CR, DR, and C-Arm products.

·         Familiarity with hospital workflows and installation requirements
