Sales Executive (Grip Ortho)

Job Description (JD):

• Promote and sell Grip Ortho products (implants, instruments, and braces) to orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and clinics.

• Attend surgical procedures to provide technical support and guidance to surgeons on product usage.

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and feedback from doctors to identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements (JR):

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medical Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience in orthopedic implants or medical devices.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle the fast-paced environment of an operating theater.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English (written and spoken) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Grip Ortho ထုတ်ကုန်များ (အရိုးထည့်ပစ္စည်းများ၊ ခွဲစိတ်ကိရိယာများနှင့် အထောက်အကူပြုပစ္စည်းများ) ကို အရိုးအထူးကုဆရာဝန်ကြီးများ၊ ဆေးရုံများနှင့် ဆေးခန်းများသို့ မိတ်ဆက်ရောင်းချရန်။

• ခွဲစိတ်ခန်းများသို့ ကိုယ်တိုင်ဝင်ရောက်ပြီး ဆရာဝန်များ ပစ္စည်းမှန်ကန်စွာ အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရန် နည်းပညာပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီမှုပေးရန်။

• သတ်မှတ်ထားသော နယ်မြေအလိုက် လစဉ်နှင့် နှစ်စဉ် ရောင်းအားရည်မှန်းချက်များ ပြည့်မီအောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်။

• ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ ဆရာဝန်များနှင့် ရေရှည်ခိုင်မာသော ဆက်ဆံရေး တည်ဆောက်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်။

• ဈေးကွက်အခြေအနေ၊ ပြိုင်ဘက်များ၏ လှုပ်ရှားမှုနှင့် ဆရာဝန်များ၏ တုံ့ပြန်ချက်များကို စောင့်ကြည့်လေ့လာပြီး ရောင်းအားမြှင့်တင်ရန်။

• သူနာပြု၊ ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာသိပ္ပံ၊ ဇီဝဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာအင်ဂျင်နီယာ သို့မဟုတ် ဆက်စပ်ဘွဲ့တစ်ခုခု ရရှိထားသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အရိုးထည့်ပစ္စည်း သို့မဟုတ် ဆေးဘက်ဆိုင်ရာပစ္စည်း ရောင်းဝယ်ရေးနယ်ပယ်တွင် လုပ်ငန်းအတွေ့အကြုံ (၁) နှစ်မှ (၂) နှစ်အထိ ရှိရမည်။

• ဖိအားများအကြား လုပ်ကိုင်နိုင်ပြီး ခွဲစိတ်ခန်းပတ်ဝန်းကျင်နှင့် လိုက်လျောညီထွေရှိသူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• လူမှုဆက်ဆံရေး ပြေပြစ်ပြီး ဆွေးနွေးညှိနှိုင်းမှု စွမ်းရည်ထက်မြက်သူ ဖြစ်ရမည်။

• အင်္ဂလိပ်စာ အသင့်အတင့် ပြောဆိုရေးသားနိုင်ပြီး Microsoft Office အသုံးပြုနိုင်ရမည်။
