Position: Service Engineer

Job Requirements

  • Engineering degree/diploma (BE / B.Tech / AGTI or related).

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience preferred.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Able to work well in a team.

  • Interest in medical device service field.

Job Description (JD)

  • Perform repairing, equipment inspection, installation, and maintenance of medical equipment.

  • Carry out preventive maintenance and field modifications as required.

  • Provide efficient service delivery to customers within the assigned area as part of the local service team.

  • Follow internal SOPs released by the department head.

  • Participate in all technical service training programs (local and overseas) related to medical equipment.

  • Provide on-field technical service support to customers.

  • Report daily service activities and pending issues to the Manager and Supervisor.
